We love sleeping, usually, no one hates sleeping, but before sleeping we always try to get into sleep so at that time we may hate sleeping, but oppositely when we try to wake up it will be really hard to wake up. What happens while we sleep :
Sleeping is necessary for our body healing process when we sleep our conscious mind is at rest but our subconscious mind is awake and it will do the healing process of our body. Usually, doctors recommend taking rest to heal our body.
Better sleeping results in getting a better mood, increasing our memory power, prevent weight gain, sleep can strengthen us mentally, also it boosts our immune system.
Sleeping Time :
Adults between 18 to 64 need seven to nine hours of sleep per night. Above age 65 adults need sleep to eight to ten hours of sleep per night. In India, nearly 40.4% of people sleep less than 6 hours per night.
Researches recommended sleeping time for every age group, They are shown below:
Teen (14-17 years old) needs 8-10 hours of sleep
Young Adult (18-25 years old) needs 7-9 hours sleep
Adult (26-64 years old) needs 7-9 hours of sleep
Older Adult (65 or more years) needs 7-8 hours of sleep

Why dreams come while sleeping?
Dreams come due to REM (Rapid eye movement) sleep. REM is a unique way of sleeping for birds and mammals. While we sleep our brain is still active but our thoughts during sleep make no sense, this is the main cause that triggers our dream. There is no evidence that our dreams are based on what we think before sleep or recent activities and everyone may be experienced this, still, now there is no proper explanation on the role of our dreams but there are some theories based on it.
